Rooms were great and service was ok.
Location is far from Fuji Station but hotel provided shuttle bus so ok.
Breakfast is free but not so much variety.
Cleanliness was ok and we had great window view of Mount Fuji🗻"

"For what it was, the stay was perfect.
Friendliest staff I have ever encountered in a hotel.
Room was spotless clean, had a very nice firm bed and more provided pillows than most hotels, the hotel had plenty of amazing restaurants in close proximity, a Konbini on the ground floor With a smoking area, and is a short walk from the nearest train station. Will be coming back if I ever pass through again."
