"Room was clean, staff were really friendly! Breakfast was excellent! Lots of different choices! Hotel has a garage and we felt very safe by leaving car in the garage and walking to bascarsija which only took about 6-7 min to walk! My whole family stayed throughout different times at this hotel. Thank you for everything! Keep up the great work."

"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."

"In my opinion the most important thing about it is the location close to the old town, a shopping mall with grocery and lots of restaurants and cafes.
My phone in the room never worked, the tv doesn’t have channels in English or Spanish and only few of them worked. Bathroom is ok and there is no coffee machine in the room. The safe in the room was not working properly so the lady at the front desk gave us a key to open and close it."
