"When I booked this property through Expedia. The listing mentioned having a balcony… not true what so ever. The entire hotel doesn’t have any balconies. I could’ve sworn I even seen pictures. We did like our city view that we had. There was a full moon, it looked gorgeous at night. Right across the Straz in the corner room 8th floor. "The property was across the street from Busch garden and have some nice restaurants close by"

"My room smelled like dirty dogs were allowed in the room. All the upholstery was dingy and smelled like dogs. Fortunately the bed and the bedding were clean. The lobby was poorly decorated and requires an upgrade and the dining area looked like a school cafeteria. I was shocked that Marriot allowed their name to be affiliated with this establishment. I slept with my mask on because of the smell. No other rooms were available."

"Cockroach in room. Fire in another room had us in the parking lot 3 hrs. Left for another hotel and it was a breath of fresh air. This location is amazing but hotel old and the cockroach was a bummer."
