Lesley & Antonia were both a pleasure to interact with during booking & check in as well as when we called to inquire about extending our stay, which we were able to do easily to our delight! "Thierry and Jessica were phenomenal hosts. This B&B is a perfect spot in the Shenandoah Valley. My wife and I enjoyed the amenities and the hospitality. Very easy walk to downtown Lexington which has numerous shops and dining options, plus the history of two great collegiate institutions and the legendary Stonewall Jackson. We loved every minute here and are excited to return again in the future. Merci!"

"Have stayed here many times over the past 10 years and have to say the property really cries out for a refresh. Super convenient but please at a minimum attend to basic housekeeping. Major shoutout to the lovely young man who checked us in and gave us our favorite room, then helped us Jerry rig the toilet so it would flush. "

"The rooms at this place are all very different so it would pay to look first and see which one you are getting bc there are some REALLY cluttered ones (as were ours) and then some others that were super streamlined and nicer! In addition, it was interesting that for a place from which many are traveling, breakfast was not available until 9 am! Although the innkeeper did accomadate us by providing to go breakfasts, I just thought it was a little odd! "

"People were absolutely awesome at the Good Place B&B. I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area. The rooms amenities could use some improvement (new towels and linen come to mind). Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff was very helpful in obtaining directions to area attractions. Older property, being renovated. I liked the historical artifacts in the lobby. Parking can be an issue, especially with big groups for conventions. It would be nice to have a restaurant open for lunch."
