"Staff is amazing. Location is very convenient in the city center. Great breakfast with lots of tasty choices (except for the coffee, which is quite bad). Gym is very reasonable and adequate (open 24/7). Only problem is inconsistent stream of hot water - the hot water in the shower is sometimes pulsating, making the showering experience unpleasant (this issue wasn't present at all times, but rather at certain days and times. However, it happened several times during my stay). "

"It was a completely terrible stay, they took the money for 4 people and gave me a bed for 2 people and a sofa with a broken leg. They are also very rude and threatening people. Definitely stay away. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. "This property should not even be listed in Expedia. They never wrote back to me to check the time of arrival for their "Airport Pickup" service which is included in their price. However, upon confrontation at front desk, there is no shuttle bus service that they are aware of. I rode a taxi from the airport with my own money which I explained to; they made no effort to apologize or engage in English, and simple screamed at me in Russian.
