"The facility smells terrible of chlorine, the lighting is so bad the place is dark and dungeony. The room was so depressing. Sticky floors, stale humid room, bed squeaked, poor insulation between rooms - I could hear everything and the room next to me was screaming at video games. Staff was nowhere to be found when I wanted help so i just left several days early and they wouldnt even refund or credit the days I didnt stay"

"I had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were fantastic, extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I did run into a small issue with my room key that required me to switch rooms, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. They responded right away, made the process easy, and had me moved to another room without any hassle. Their responsiveness and positive attitude really stood out and made the experience much better. Great customer service all around! 😊"

"Hotel was essentially falling apart. Walls were cracked, outlets don’t work, elevator was also down. Hotel staff were incredibly rude for the entire stay. The tornado warnings and sirens went off so we went down to the lobby. The night lady working told us we couldn’t be in the lobby because it was after 11pm. We stated that we can’t be on the 4th floor of a hotel with tornado sirens going off and she said “you can go sit by the windows”. They had a hotel full of guests standing there with no actual plan for our safety. This is not only unsafe but absolutely disgusting that a hotel full of kids does not have a weather safety plan, IN KANSAS. "

"The bathroom toilet did not flush. My husband had to fix the chain twice! It was very disgusting ! The bathtub , I needed a step stool just to get into the tub to take a shower!! I’m only 6 ft and the tub was ridiculously high!! Also the tv didn’t work. Talk to the young gentleman at the front desk and the only thing he said was “ I will talk to my manager “. I will Never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there!"

"Did not have a good experience booking here. Booked a suite for here and got the run around by the counter person. Said my suite was dirty due to a late check out and it was not available. So I had to pay extra for a double queen room. She went to check my room out and came back down 10 mins later told me. My suite isn't ready and the only room available was a double queen. I got in my room and noticed it was hastily put together. The linen was not clean. Bar of soap was pre used and my pillow has and blanket had stains on it. Checking out I was told I needed to speak to manager before leaving. She was not there counter person she had ran to the bank and I was given a run around again when I called up there and hour later. I have been pretty patient thru all this and I want this resolved. I'm not happy at all with the unprofessionalism. If u didn't have a room available then just disclose it so I can make other arrangements."
