There is no wait staff at any of the resort except in the restaurants. In bars and at pools you have to go to the bar yourself. There is very limited shade at the pools. Tropical Gardens
We stayed only for 2 nights, but the apartment was clean, the pools are nice and clean. The mattress could be a little more comfortable but overall it was a good place to spend some nights.
