"It was so nice to an exhausted traveler to be surprised by a much better than average hotel!
I even went for a dip in the pool!

"My daughter's and I stayed in 2 different rooms and in mine there weren't any towels I asked the front desk person for them and he gave me a hand towel and one for the floor. Then for breakfast he said that the coffee machine wasn't working and the continental breakfast consisted of stale pastry, a small apple and a granola bar. For my daughter's room there wern't any blanket's or bed spreads to keep them warm. Also on check-in he didn't speak very well English. Needless to say we won't be going...

"This hotel was very conveniently located to the Hartford healthcare Amphitheater 7 minutes down the road on Interstate 95. The room was spacious and included a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge/freezer combo. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, The entire room was very clean. "I had an issue with my reservation on Tuesday evening 8/19 and it seemed like I was going to need to find other accommodations but the staff working there that night (Alex and Brian?) were exceptionally helpful and gracious and made it possible for me to book another room the same night. I cannot understate how kind and understanding they were and their how professional they were."
"It was a good stay however Toilet water was black Friday then someone came up and fixed it then on Saturday no hot water at night till Sunday morning. I couldn't take a shower before check out do to the freezing water. "
