"The staff were amazing ( Alesia and Edson as well as the cleaning lady ), the hotel is very well located, the only downside would be the room, I noticed mold inside the wardrobe and on the wall due to humidity I guess, due to that the room was stuffy, the breakfast also was very simple ( bread, eggs, bacon cucumber, cheese and melon ) otherwise the experience was great :)"

"Tough to get to but nice parking area. Google Maps takes you the wrong way so lookout. My room heater didn’t work and the lights in the bedrooms area didn’t work so had to depend on the glow from the bathroom light which did work. One of two small night stands didn’t work and the one that did had a short circuit so it went on and off. Breakfast was really weak but a very nice effort. This is a small place so it’s great if your expectations are in proper alignment. Location is fantastic....

"Excellent location for exploring the Gjirokastër bazaar — right in the heart of it all. Arriving close to midnight made parking a bit tricky to find at first, but once we explored the bazaar the next day we discovered a convenient parking deck nearby with shortcuts that made getting to and from the hotel with our bags easy. Our room had stunning views of the mountains, the castle, and the city below — an unforgettable setting. Highly recommend!"

Highly recommend this hotel. Further away from the busy chaotic side of Ksamil but close to absolutely everything. Great location for beach and some nicer beach clubs too! Breakfast was good and overlooked the sea!"

"This the perfect getaway spot for vacation. My friend and I stayed for about a week and we had the most wonderful time. The entire staff was so friendly and the amenities such as the pool and private beach were picturesque. The beach strip was within walking distance but the hotel was far enough away from all the crowds. There was live music as well as wonderful music playing most of the day. The food and drinks were amazing as well as the rooms. Thank you to all the staff for making our time so...

"We booked studio flat rooms but not anywhere on Expedia it states those room are 100m away from the hotel built underneath residential flats. We woke up to people cooking everyday and the smell was horrible. The music by the pool was so loud everyday not sure the reason as people come on holiday to relax. The manager did not want to help us at all. We were given horrible rooms and instead of admitting her fault she just kept on saying they’re fully booked. She didn’t even offer us free drinks or...
