"I had checked out early from another hotel and not only they allowed me to drop off my luggage but got my room ready earlier than their check-in time. When I left the next day, they called a taxi for me to take me to the airport. EXCELLENT SERVICE!"

"All went well, would definitely visit again. Only ask I would have would be to provide more pillows and towels. Room I reserved was for 5 people. We had 3 towels and 5 flat pillows. Other than that, please was clean, staff was courteous and provided great tour tips. "

"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in.
