The service provided by Carlos, the front house manager, was exceptional. He speaks great English and gave us awesome recommendations for Dinner and Wine Tasting. Also, my fiancé is celiac and he really helped us find the right accommodations. I really hope more North Americans travel to this beautiful part of the world and stay at Pousada Refugios dos Vinhos!"
