I expected at least complimentary bottled water, iron, and ironing board in the room. The restaurant menu is very limited. Half of the menu items were not available. Also no coffee maker in the room. The rest was ok, not great

Localização excelente, estrutura muito boa e nova, quarto amplo e limpo, bem como o banheiro. O café da manhã é saboroso e variado. O hotel tem uma academia excelente e estacionamento para carros. No entanto, é preciso comprar mais anilhas para a academia e pensar em isentar os hóspedes do estacionamento.

O café da manhã é sensacional, acho que nunca tinha visto tanta variedade em um café da manhã, digno de café colonial, se não até melhor do que alguns na região. Estacionamento com manobristas, mas muito muito apertado. Atendimento em maior parte bom, uma ressalva para o rapaz que nos atendeu meio dia no check-in, que não apresentou opção de fazermos o check-in um pouco mais cedo, pois lá é as 14hrs. Os elevadores realmente são um problema. Dos 3, apenas dois estavam funcionando, e fica bem demorado nos finais de semana (as vezes 10min aguardando). Espero que resolvam isto. No geral a equipe é maravilhosa e muito cordial, e o café da manhã faz você sair com uma sensação de experiência perfeita. Parabéns.

Muito decepcionante, ao chegar no hotel não achavam minha reserva, perdi um tempo pra fazer o check in, os elevadores do hotel, já era piada entre os hospedes, o sistema não é interligado, então os elevadores demoram muito tempo pra chegar no teu andar, e quando chegava, tava lotado, tive que descer de escada
