Best location but outdated rooms

This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night.

O hotel é muito bom,mas por tudo o que cobram, até uma xícara de chá é cobrado R$6,00 e a sala de jogos e playground fechar às 20h em pleno sábado. Às pessoas tem que procurar diversão na rua ao invés do hotel tentar manter os hóspedes dentro do hotel por mais tempo e continuar consumindo ali,eles fecham as atividades. Vai entender...

Necessidade de manutenção geral.Na suíte ainda tem carpete , velho, sujo e manchado. Os vidros não são anti ruídos, se ouve o barulho dos bares ao redor . A ducha da banheira estava estragada, não funcionou. A tampa da privada não para aberta, ela se fecha, batendo nas costas .

O hotel tem uma estrutura excelente. O café da manhã é incrível. Mas o hotel tem problemas de logística. O quarto designado não tinha cama extra e a mudança de quarto foi demorada e pouco gentil. O estacionamento, cobrado à parte, fica longe e o carro demora para ser entregue (e retornou com o pneu e uma roda arranhados).

A estrutura geral, o atendimento e o café da manhã são excelentes. A cortesia da equipe e dos garçons do restaurante é um diferencial. O único ponto negativo é a acústica dos quartos, pois é possível ouvir ruídos de impacto dos quartos de cima, além de descargas de sanitários.
