"Lovely ambience. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location."

"This is a unique and fascinating hotel. Antiques, interesting collections and historical information displayed in glass cabinets on all 3 floors. Our room was large and decorated in a local theme. Breakfast was delicious and served on the roof top while taking in the amazing views of Quito. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Terraza hermosa. Tranquilo."

"The first night was terrible, I got a room with a terrible smell I got a bad headache, therefore I requested to change my room. The gentleman who worked at night was very friendly and helpful. I got an upgraded room for the same price. The lady who worked during the day (Karla) was very friendly and helped us referring good restaurants near the hotel and things to do in Quito."
