We were checking in late, staff looked straight at us and ignored us as he was speaking with a friend, at 1st I thought it to be another guest but after the continued conversation, clearly not. We were trying to be polite and patient but they were clearly mocking us, looking at us while talking to each other. Unacceptable for the hospitality industry."

"This is a self check in hotel and there is no one onsite. At 2:30 the fire alarms were ringing and we all ended up outside in the parking lot. No fire trucks arrived and no one from the hotel management. We had to call the manager and wait for him to arrive. 45 minutes outside in the cold. No fire and no action by the hotel. Poor service. Someone should have been there as soon as the alarms rang. Not the clients responsibility to call. The hotel was not great and the alarm made it...

"Very easy to book , good value and excellent communication all the way to check in, very comfortable, clean, modern and spacious with everything you could need. Excellent parking, very easy to find and in a nice quiet location with some great scenery and lots to see close by. Hot tubs are a bonus and are a perfect place to relax in the evening."

"Good location. Several eating options to walk to. Close to airport Clean room. Comfy mattress and quality linen. Airport shuttle needs to be called for ahead of time so owner explains they only have a few minutes to wait at airport. Messages not returned from hotel .So booked taxi!!! Airport shuttle OK for drop off on check out."
