"It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps. Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW. "

"O hotel é bem confortável! O quarto limpo, com uma cama bem confortável! Importante para descansar bem em Cusco. O café da manhã foi excelente!! Muitas opções de comidas, como panquecas, variedade de frutas, queijos, e diferentes chás. O único ponto ruim foi o barulho da rua a noite, os quartos que ficamos foram do lado da rua. Mas dá pra dormir sim, a equipe super atenciosa nos ajudando com o que precisamos! "

"Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Made a breakfast bag for days I needed to leave early. I was told by a receptionist that I can take imperial bus two block from the hotel and go to the airport. The bus actually didn't go to the airport and I had to take Uber. I waisted about one hour of my time in the bus. Later I checked with the AI and apparently there is no bus that goes to the airport. Please correct me if I am wrong, so other guests won't face the same problem."
