"WiFi is not the best. The pool is nice but if you have kids they have quiet hours from 7pm to 10pm and it closes at 10pm. The hotel is clean. No one assists with luggage. They do a great job with cleaning the rooms. Hotel is nice but they should give you that more luxury experience with help with luggage, wifi that works, and scratch the quiet time for the pool. Breakfast was ok and over priced, better choices surrounded the hotel."

"The rooftop bar and restaurant are the draw for this hotel, and it is truly spectacular. Overlooking the Vistula River and the castle. Staff seem to be run off their feet a bit, so perhaps they need to be treated a bit better. Food is excellent too. Check in area was a little busy downstairs at the hotel, with several people seeming to hang around inside and out. Cleaners are excellent and very friendly. Superb location near the old city and castle area. Easy transportation also on the Line 1...

"Loved this hotel. The location was ideal. The staff, breakfast, and bar were all excellent. The Standard Room I had was more than adequate for a short stay, with a very comfortable bed and reliable WiFi. My only complaint is that the air conditioning at best only mildly cooled the room."
