"Dirty room, mold and bad bathroom"

"Everything about this stay was spot on!! Easy fast check in, upgraded to early check in and asked for extra hangers and towels which arrived so fast. Location to Broadway St was just perfect! Breakfast and managers reception were brilliant!"

"Toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, Toilet was loose. No paper plates at breakfast, eggs and sausage were cold due to hot plate not plugged in. I plugged it in so that the food would heat up."

"The rooms are basic and a bit worn."

"Great price and nice hotel. Was an easy 30 min drive to downtown Nashville."

"Good price close to broadway"

"Great hotel. Great walking distance to everything on Broadway. My only complaint is that parking is crazy expensive. $65 per night for self park. But to be fair parking is crazy money everywhere downtown Nashville."

"We had a wonderful stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Just an fyi- the bathroom has a sliding barn door that leaves a gap, not the greatest for privacy if sharing the space. We were on the 18th floor, facing the river and the view was great. We listened to live music in the bar, bartender was a gem, drinks were great, food was ok. Valet staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Honestly, I can't say enough about the staff, everyone we encountered had a smile...

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location to Broadway, 8min.walk, clean room and fantastic breakfast"

"We stayed here during a surgical procedure at TN Retina. Very close, independent parking garage attached. Good breakfast buffet"

"Great!"
