"The decor is very modern and appealing. Most front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The two security people outside the bar were aloof and standoffish. The rooms were comfortable for the most part except for the extra high tubs that were extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. The replenishing of water bottles was appreciated."

"Great location for walking easily to Waterloo station. Able to walk easily to the Thames and wander along to most of the big sight seeing attractions. National theatre and the old Vic are essentially next door and lots of really nice eating spots surrounding it. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. Bed was comfortable enough, basic tv, internet was a bit slow but maybe was just our room location. We had brilliant views of the eye, then we had to move due to a broken shower but there were...

"Room was just ok. Wear and tear and not cleaned well. Some garbage and areas were not cleaned prior to arrival. Outlets in room kept tripping when using provided hair dryer. Eco housekeeping was not well organized. We stayed 5 days and no replacement towels or coffee/tea replenished. When we enquired they said they were going to replenish on the 4th day? Several housekeeping calls/requests went unanswered or were not replied to or recorded. Great location, lobby bar and ambiance. "
