"Close to Keisei Ueno station - easy to get to and from Narita airport. Rooms are on the smaller size for a couple. Rooms are clean, kettle and coffee/tea available in room. Staff were helpful: hotel will store luggage after checkout."

You enter through 2 glass doors into a tiny lobby with 1 elevator with 1 floor button (6). Take shoes off shortly after elevator to arrive at the front desk. NO ENGLISH. Small capsules, noisy at times, and small lockers. On the plus side, nice hot tubs and sauna and bathing area with all toiletries supplied. Not meant for...
