For the price and location, you expect smaller rooms, we got a room with queen sized bed, I can't imagine how small the smaller options can be, but my room is just enough to open a suitcase on the floor without seriously rearranging movable furnitures. The check in is quick, rooms seems clean and staff is helpful. The Lawson downstairs is also super convenient and cheaper option than going out if that's important to you.
