"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this...

The property is quiet away from the Hussle and bustle of Jontiem and Pattaya but close enough to get a cheap bolt taxi when you want shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The staff are great and the hotel is clean and tidy. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was large and very comfortable."

"NOT RECOMMENDED. One of the worst resorts I’ve stayed at. You can get so much more for your money at other resorts nearby. The location was in the middle of no where and if you want to go into town, you have to take a grab or bolt. There is a hotel shuttle but it’s only at 2pm and 6pm. "This is my second time at this hotel. I like this hotel for its pools and beach. The property needs to be modernized. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty. The location is not near a shopping center and transportation from the hotel is a bit high. I found it difficult to get luggage out of my room, no elevator and to many stairs, not enough ramps. My GF cut her leg on a bulging tile while getting out of the pool. They removed the beach huts since my last visit. "
