"Even though the hotel was under pretty serious renovation, It was actually very clean, neat, and tidy.. and always smelled good. I love that I was able to extend my reservation without being harassed by the front desk. I was able to come down and take care of it at my leisure and that is actually incredibly rare, especially when you extend it last minute. I definitely want them to know how appreciated it is to not have to worry about someone with an attitude calling the room phone first thing...

"It was a nice property. The check in manager was very nice and his trainee was doing well under his guidance. The only issue I had was that they said the room was cleaned everyday and when we returned after being out all day, the only thing we had were towels and the trash hadn’t even been emptied. It was the only negative thing I would say about the stay."

"Should raise the rates as it attracts homeless and drug users. Lots of visits by security to kick people out over the course of a month. Staff was great and very friendly. Several people living onsite which was awkward. "
