The hotel is located in a great location, plenty of good restaurants nearby. We were looking forward to the pool and Jacuzzi but the Jacuzzi was not in working order (taken apart) and the Pool was freezing cold for being a inside pool. The workout room was smaller than expected. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. Plenty of parking so no problems there. The rooms were comfortable and clean which is saying a lot because I have high standards for hotel cleanliness especially the bathrooms.

the room was adequate. A nonsmoking room that stank of tobacco s and the hallway reeked of "Skunk" (marijuana smoké) strong enough to make my eyes burn. the towels were thin & cheap. bed sheets were very nice. Lots of deferred maintenance . Staff were exceptionally nice & helpful

We had a great stay as a family of 5! The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff helped with towels for the hot tub and checking in, the breakfast was very good! The pool area and hot tub area were clean and relaxing.

Great place to stay, rates are excellent large clean rooms with accommodations. This is your first and last stop if you need to stay in Oklahoma City for a place for the night. Restaurants are within walking distance basically right across the street. I always stay here when I’m in town I give this place five stars!

The staff was amazing! The hotel itself needs some work the gym didn’t work nothing did the pool was over chemicaled you couldn’t see the bottom an the hot tub was broke the entire stay which was one of the reasons for booking the hotel

They charge a $7 daily fee and place a $50 incidental hold on your card. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during my three-day stay, so I had to head to Starbucks to get work done. On the bright side, the hotel staff was fantastic, and the shuttle drivers were great. My main concerns were the poor internet service, suspicious homeless people in the area, the hot water being excessively hot. The highlights included the friendly staff, a functional swimming pool, proximity to bus line EMBARK #11 that goes to Walmart, restaurants, and Downtown OKC, a clean room, and wonderfully cold air conditioning. Plus, there’s a Sonic, Subway, Chili’s, and a Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

the place is in need of repair. carpet is worn out the furniture in room would be better placed in dumpster. the pool was less than clean. staff was very nice and accommodating. location was great within walking distance of several food locations. quiet room for the most part. overall has potential but not quite worth the price point. overall not bad but dont expect the location to match the online pictures

For starters it was a relatively cheap stay, but I got what I paid for. The hotel was very clean and appealing. The hotel has a pool and hot tub. The rack that is supposed to hold clean towels was always empty. Not a single person filled it the four days I stayed there. I always had to ask for towels and got a pretty judgy response when I asked. I asked for house keeping three times. It wasnt till the last time I asked that the receptionist asked if I could just put my towels in a bag and bring them to the front. She said the same for the trash. I didn't get my sheets changed till Wednesday evening. I stayed there from Sunday at 3 till Thursday at 10. The location was in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops. The parking was decent and the hotel was easy to get to.
