Peter at the front desk and Danielle in the restaurant and bar stood out the most due to their friendliness and attentiveness. "This was a trip with our dogs which turned out to be outstanding. Super dog friendly hotel and staff. Room overlooking the cricket ground with good balcony ( apart from glass sides). Match on the Friday was an education for a non cricket person. Walks for muts were fabulous and straight from hotel. Breakfast was very pleasant. All in all a very nice stay and a huge surprise as the Hilton didn’t feel like a huge soulless chain. Will stay again. "

"We had a wonderful 14 day stay in a 1-bedroom apartment on the top floor. The area around the Mansion is beautiful, walkable nature parks and fields. It is very quiet and secluded in a safe, clean area close to shopping and eateries. The restaurant at the mansion - Becketts was such a bonus to our stay.
