Staff were great ,the maintenance man was told the room was empty and walked in whilst myself and girlfriend were naked the blind was stuck down and the iron didn't work also the glass door to the bathroom was a bit of a shock otherwise great thanks

Staff were fantastic - really lovely and friendly. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was quite minimal. The room was very oppressive. Only window was in the bathroom. Bed was soft but definitely needs firmer pillows. No safe in room. No vending machines - nightmare when you are fancying a bit of chocolate! Very much a guys hotel with all the sports. Sorry Village - I wouldn't choose your hotel again - it's just not for me.
