"This was my favourite hotel that I stayed at during my trip in Japan. Modern large room with large bathroom and soft mattress with excellent bedding. Not claustrophobic and plenty of room to layout your luggage. The cleaning of the rooms are based on your request using magnetic signs you can post on your door."

"This hotel was one of my favorites that I have ever stayed in. The subway station being connected to the hotel was very convenient and easy to use. The hotel is also located within walking distance (right across the street) from hundreds of restaurants and shops including the famous Dotonbori street. Additionally all of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attended to all of our needs. They also allow you to store your baggage before or after check in or check out so you can go explore the city before you check in or before leaving. Also the staff speak very good English! Overall a great experience!"

"We had a nice stay at Hotel Monterey Le Frerw Osaka. Great location, and parking available where we can just drop off our car and access public transport around the city. The hotel is like new, clean and full of amenities. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Osaka. Highly recommended."

Only drawback was that we arrived late and there were no nearby restaurants open or room service. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we are in the area."
