The room was well-designed and good amenities, polite and attentive staff. The wet room, hair dryer etc were great. Cleaning was a major let down, there were stains on various walls and you can tell they are stains and were never cleaned. We stayed for 4 days and the table wasn't cleaned once. We were not informed that if pyjamas/clothes were left on the bed, the bed wouldn't be made.

The room was very clean and they had a plethora of things to make the stay easier and more enjoyable. The room was pleasant and everything went very smoothly plus the coin laundry was extremely helpful. We had a difficulty with the staff at the beginning with check in, one staff member was making it extremely difficult for us however outside of that everything was great.
