"Wonderful stay! We loved the friendly and welcoming service most of all. With the exception of some minor things in our room needing attention/repair like peeling wall paper, cobwebs, and loose toilet paper holder, the room was very clean. Stylish and updated with fresh modern colors and furniture. Beds were super comfy with soft, clean white linens. Great shower pressure and really appreciated the built-in bath products - a nice amenity often found in luxury hotels. Incredibly clean breakfast...

"Stayed 3 nights, first 2 days were fine, last night housekeeping cleaned up, took used towels and bar of soap, did not replenish. I did notify front desk as I didn’t want to be charged for missing linens. A bit disappointed in Continental breakfast , had plenty of bagels, but all were cinnamon raisin. Lucked out getting yogurt first 2 days, but last day, nine at 7:30am. Oatmeal was watery and no fruit available on last day."

"Great place to stay when visiting downtown Chico and Chico State. Super convenient to walk to everything. The front desk was helpful and personable. The breakfast was fresh and made to order- with a very nice cook who gave me some great tips about the area and was accommodating to my son’s food allergies. "This is an older motel in downtown Chico, so the decor is a little dated and the rooms are showing their age. I’d say this is an OK place, given the price, location and free parking. I had noisy neighbors (until 2 am) above me, but that was just bad luck. Didn’t hear or see other problems with guests. Check-in ws fast and easy; guy behind the desk was very nice."

"The staff here is amazing!!! Everyone is super welcoming and friendly. It can get a little loud on weekends(because its super close to downtown), but the bed waa super comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and it's a great location with restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend. "
