Was apprehensive about staying in an older hotel, but it was fabulous. Super clean and beautiful. Staff very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant absolutely delicious with high quality ingredients. Will stay there next time we are in Chico.

Staff at check-in & check-out were so friendly & helpful. The female staff member at check-in recommended a great restaurant, 5th street steakhouse! The male staff that checked us out (sorry not to get names) was quite personable & provided information on the history of the area. The breakfast was delicious both the fresh bread, & the omelette was made to order! Great place to stay!
