"Stayed at Weekender Resort 12/25-12/31/2023 after last minute booking to meet friends. Glad we did. The overall stay was pleasant except 2 things 1)Stingy on toilet papers. We get back from excursion late into the night and housecleaning rarely replenish toilet papers. We ended up buying a 4pc pack at 7/11 for backup 2)The attendant at breakfast buffet was rude to my friend who happened to pass by jogging on the beach, stopped by and chatted, had 3 pieces of fruits and the lady started raising...

"I love this place. It’s very clean, bed is comfortable, staffs are friendly. Stayed here with a toddler, the hotel is family friendly. Short walking distance to Lamai street market is a plus. We stayed for 5 nights, and can easily stayed for 3 weeks. I will definitely return to this hotel. I usually get bad allergy from mold or dampness, and I never took my allergy medicine while staying at this hotel, because the room was spotless clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Lovely resort, with bar, pool right on the beach. V central to bars and restaurants. Splurge for the bungalows or ask for a room not at the rear... further from the streets late bar noise. Lovely breakfast and lunches. V reasonable prices for all food and bar too. "

"The staff was great and friendly. Cleaning was done everyday except for sunday. They tended to your needs. The area around the hotel can be noisy at night due to the party bars and vehicles passing by. So if you want a good nights sleep....bring earplugs! The balcony doors are single pan so noise easily comes through."

"I stayed here in 2015 and gave it a great review.staff and room brilliant. But not in 2017. Staff had no english. Shower kept pulsating and going from very hot to cold in seconds. Bed side lights not working. No selection of english channells on tv. These conditions applied to all rooms not just mine . So called restraunt hardly ever open and little stock. If raining roof or canopy leaking. This place has the potential to be great but their seems to be no management or maintenance...

"Bed linen and towels had more holes in them than a piece of Swiss cheese. Furniture is very old. Toilet and sink leaks water every time it's used."
