"Very nice apartment, everything worked very well including cable and internet, good value considering it was a one bedroom with one full bath plus a powder room. Large swimming pool, water seemed clean, not crowded but needed more reclining deck chairs instead of straight-back chairs, chairs were uncomfortably hard and needed cleaning. "I loved the spaces in this room. Only problem was the mold in the room. Which got worse as the days went by. Is a long way from a Baht Bus too. Not easy unless you have a motorbike or car. I only walked and it was far to get transportation to Jomtien or Pattaya. Bolt will run you a lot in 4 weeks. I walked to the Baht Bus each day. "

"There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. "The room and location were absolutely fine but it took almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. When they arrive they take 500 baht from me to clean room but no one come to clean room in 2 weeks that I stay there. I have already paid for the room, it is not my responsibility to pay for the room to be cleaned when I check out. Also when I arrive, room not have WiFi, they come to fix the next day but this should have been all sorted when I arrived. Overall it’s a good place to stay...
