I loved the spaces in this room. Only problem was the mold in the room. Which got worse as the days went by. Is a long way from a Baht Bus too. Not easy unless you have a motorbike or car. I only walked and it was far to get transportation to Jomtien or Pattaya. Bolt will run you a lot in 4 weeks. I walked to the Baht Bus each day.

Filthy

Filthy, absolutely filthy. Dirty walls, dirty doors, dirty windows, dirty air conditioning. Stains on curtains. Couch was filthy and covered in stains, it was also uncomfortable. No clothes drying rack. No broom.Wifi intermittent. Got a bad eye infection from the swimming pool. The juristic is friendly, the location is good.

관리 전혀안되고 있는 흡연실(냄새쩜)숙박시설.

왠만하면 참고 견디는데 이건 너무 아님. 방만 보자면 별4개. 그런데 이게 함정. 구매전 잘 읽어보시면 어디엔가 '전기세 별도'라고 쓰여져 있습니다. 여기까지는 참을만 함. 문제는 관리가 전혀 안되어 있음. 에어컨을 켜면 먼지가 꽉찬 바람을 온몸으로 느끼게 되고, 금연객실인데 들어서자마자 담배쩐냄새, 침대시트와 이불에서는 담배냄새+술냄새, 숙박하는동안 한번 무료제공되는 타올에서도 담배냄새~ 입주시 청소 청결상태 중하 샤워기 1개 지지대는 고장. 청소를 요구하면 5백바트, 물끓이는 포트 안쪽을 보시면 흰색 찌꺼기 장난 아님. 이렇게 관리 안된 콘도는 처음봄. 절대비추. 절대 다시 안감!!!

Dette er en lejlighed (condo) og IKKE et hotel. Electricitet er ekstra ud over lejeprisen. Det koster 3000 baht i depositum. Gardinet ovsoveværekset var fuld af huller. Sengen var i stykker. En rigtig dårlig oplevelse. Kan ikke anbefales.

Beautiful apartment,lots of restaurants nearby

We got upgraded to other building,the seaview apartment is really beautiful,clean & comfortable.The kids really enjoyed rooftop swimming and the sunset is stunning from there.Very appropriated& thankful to the person who was upgraded us to this amazing experience as this is our first time in Thailand and looking forward to staying here again.

ห้องพักคราวนี้ไม่ดีเท่าครั้งแรกที่ไปเนื่องจากได้ช้นที่ต่ำกว่าไม่เห็นวิวทะเลเลยได้ชั้น 4 และอุปกรณ์เครื่องครัวก็ไม่มีครบเหมือนครั้งแรก แต่โดยรวมโอเคคะ ห้องพักดี สระว่ายน้ำก็ดี
