"Clean hotel, lots of staff on reception and they are always friendly. Great selection of beers at the bar. The only negative thing is that the rooms are very hot! Thermostat default is 23c and you can only turn it up or down by +/- 3c. And it resets to default when you leave the room. Luckily the windows open."

"Property was nice and good location. However cleanliness wasn't great - when we checked into our room I found hairs from previous occupants in the shower on the wall and the floor which is poor. Breakfast was ok but very busy and it was hard to find a table to sit at at peak times, even though you had to put your name down for what time you would be attending breakfast. Staff were friendly. "

"Rooms are miles away from the reception, very dust rooms and also many cobwebs and spiders in the room. Cleanliness should definitely be improved. Bearing in mind that this hotel has a great opportunity with business travelers as it is right next to the industrial area, it should be improved. Breakfast was plentiful, but no continental options.
