Was very disappointed when Iwe were told no chance of an upgrade. Surprised as it was the day b4 and it was a midweek stay. Otherwise enjoyable. "

"Great location for going to Marvel Stadium to watch the footy! It is also very central (or a short tram ride away) for shopping and dining options. Southern Cross Station is directly across the road which is also very convenient for trains and for the Skybus which takes you directly to the airport. "

"Clean, comfortable. Check in is a little tricky if you're arriving after hours but we were sorted out. Has the benefit of a serviced apartment with a concierge desk. Staff were very helpful. Great stay."

"Jaspers customer service is impeccable, nothing is to much trouble. Checked in a day late and arrived late in the night to be greeted with such warmth. Free upgrade with a bottle of wine, assisted in car parking as we had our car this Visit. Didn’t need to take the car out as the hotel is so close to all shopping and attractions. Super comfortable and clean rooms, full length mirror was a bonus. Look forward to staying again and again and again and again."

"For the price this place is really good! Super inconvenient that there are building, road and sidewalk construction sites down the entire street and the construction continued past 3am in the morning and was extremely loud. "
