This property is new so everything works and is spick and span. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy walking to transport hub and trams. Plenty of nearby eateries, cafe's, supermarket and shopping.

We had a late flight into Melbourne from NZ and 1 of our 3 rooms was incorrect with a single bed and room for two lady friends. Air conditioning broke on the Sunday and was not fixed before we departed on Tuesday. Staff were very helpful in providing directions and recommendations for restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay.

The location was just around the corner from the southern cross railway station and sky bus drop off. Tram stop and flagstaff station close by too. We walked across Flagstaff Park to the Victorian Markets. A few doors down on the corner is a great place to pick up a coffee, cake and breakfast. It was good to relax in the heated spa after a day walking about the city. 15mins or so walk to casino, theatre and main part of Melbourne. We had a great view across Flagstaff Park.

Excellent location. Close to every mode of transportation. Southern Cross station is a 8 minutes walk. China Town just as easy, with plenty of food options (unless you feel like cooking with their fully equipped kitchen). The room’s itself are clean, modern and with the convenience of washer and dryer. The staffs are courtesy and helpful. We were on the 25th floor, the view was awesome!!! A perfect stay!

I had a very relaxing few days staying at Aspire. Friendly staff at both check in and check out. Loved the indoor pool and both spas in and outside. It was close to transport and nice eating spots nearby. Thank you.
