"Where do I begin? Wow ... Elegance is not the word I would use. Staff is great. Hot shower great. I'm sure the place was a 3 star hotel in the 1970s. It has not been touched since then. Chairs literally falling apart and you have to hammer the arms back in place. Sofas so old no one would take them for free off the street. Towels shredding. Rug dirty. "The property is located very close to the Witches Market and central Cathedral. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast was as per many other hotels of this class. If you have heavy luggage there is no lift and staff don’t offer to help carry luggage up to your floor level. In my case 5th floor. The view from the breakfast area is across the city."
