"Over all it’s good but the property needs to be renovated."

"This is a very good hotel. Not superb….but very good. A few things I could pick at, but the biggest is the lighting in the room. Staying over 100 nights a year in different hotels, I’m convinced that the management doesn’t actually STAY in their rooms for a few days. They walk in and look around and think about staying there. "This hotel is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Location is very good for access to other parts of the city but not the best place for shopping if that is important to you. Staff were excellent and helpful. Only negative I can think of was that the check out took longer than expected as the staff took a while to do a final room check."

"Nothing short of amazing. The hotel staff is top notch and treated me like a king at every encounter. The Bistro has great food, the fitness centre was well stocked, and the pool was great. A stark difference from a large chain hotel. Pass on Sheraton, Hilton or others and stay here. "

"The restaurant is great for dining option. The rooftop bar is good too, however the choice of music was not up to the standard. "

"this is a wonderful hotel. There is much good about the facilities and comfort...and food...but the really great thing about this hotel is their wonderful staff. So many great folks. Two guys that stand out for me (and who's names I can remember) are Numan in the lobby and Rimon in the room top restaurant. But many other great people, too."
