It was such a great stay in Dhaka. I felt secure and relaxed. I have some work near the Secretarial Office and it's very close to Hotel 71. Overall good.

Great staff! The staff were the best part! Nice discounts on services such has barber and hotel bar. I had an issue with my room and was offered an alternative. They were extremely helpful and attentive. The room had plenty of amenities. My room was definitely clean; free from smells and bugs. Gym and full bar with live music was available in this hotel. The food was not great. Every item was low quality, bland and often undercooked. Ordering food was also a guessing game because the room only had half a menu. The place mats and table clothes in the main dinning room was stained up every day. Shower had okay pressure and temperature but wasn't always available. The low light made the place look pretty depressing. Best part about this place, again, was the staff and my own room. Random people would make comments to me in the hall, wondering if I was really a guest there though I had no idea who these people were. A little bit of bias, I assume. Overall this is a good hotel.

この界隈では、価格の割には少し建物は古いですが、設備が整っていて良いです。高層界の眺めもよく、ダッカの夕景が綺麗に望めます。朝晩はビュッフェ。夜のビュッフェ時ドリンクは別料金になるので注意したいです。

I talked with both persons working at reception during my check in and I asked about VIP access and looked like they were never heard this word. No room upgrade no vip discount. Expedia should cancel this program from this hotel. Very old bathroom fittings. Water dripping inside washroom. After I call housekeeping they fixed it quickly.

We booked a normal room at Hotel71 and was told that they have upgraded us for free to a larger room. Room number 802 was large and had a good view. Staff was all friendly, polite and professional.

From the time of booking, I received nothing but excellent customer service from the Staff at the Hotel 71. Before I could even reach out and inquire about the property's airport transportation, the hotel emailed me for my arrival information. I used the hotel's airport transportation - and they were on time both picking me up and dropping me off. The staff was super friendly. Anytime I walked past any employee, I was greeted with smiles and kind words. The front desk was very helpful. They listened to my questions and provided me with appropriate answers, and made sure I was happy every single time. The room was clean—the only thing that really matters to me when staying at a hotel. The bed and room temperature were comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant at the hotel was tasty. The views from the rooftop are wonderful. After my stay, the Manager reached out to me personally to inquire about my time at Hotel 71. The Staff genuinely care and want to continually improve in any way they can. Would definitely recommend.
