"Great bargain option! Gorgeous waterfall area on the property, good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Very peaceful area. Stayed in the camping pod, very basic but had a comfortable bed. The mini fridge in my room only could fit maybe one can of soda and it didn't seem to work, and the shower was a communal shower and make sure you bring shower shoes it did not look like it was deep cleaned in a long time, but it if you consider you are essentially camping its really not a big deal. "Great place for a family of four with young kids. The river and mountains were just outside our door. Very spacious and comfortable room. The staff was incredibly accommodating, too. We flew into Reykjavik late afternoon and drove up that evening. We got there just as their restaurant was closing, and they stayed open late for us. "

"the man and women at the front desk were amazing. they went above and beyond for us. we were in a car accident (rear ended) on our first day in Iceland (about 15 minutes from the cottages) and were very stuck as we couldn’t drive the car or make phone calls. we got in contact with them and they not only picked us up but moved us into a room in the main part of the building so that we could be close to the front desk to use their phones to make many calls back and forth to our car rental company....

"Ice apartments are a lovely place to stay while in 101 Reykjavik. Perfect location right at rainbow street, modern clean apartments and great communication with owners. They let me check in early as a courtesy and that was very nice of them as they didn’t have to do that for us. "The property was great to stay at that I even extended. It’s close to Bónus which is one of the cheaper supermarkets as well as a fresh bakery next to it. Bus stop close by making travel easy. The property also has an eye watering view of the mountains which I never got tired of. Will book here again when I return! "

"Good place to stay in Reykjavik. Parking at door, easy to access city centre and all attractions. Room was comfortable enough and kitchenette good as it saves money for sure as Reykjavik so expensive to eat anything out. Couple of little things let's the place down. I had a ground floor room facing the street so it's a little noisy as people walk past, so if you can, get a room on the other side of the corridor. Also room is very warm even without the central heating on so I had to open the top...

"The location is ideal for exploring downtown Reykjavik. It´s located on a square called Hlemmur that is on the main shopping / walking street in downtown Reykjavik called Laugavegur. There are restaurants all around the apartment hotel and a supermarket across the street. There is also great burger place and a bar on the groundfloor. Everything was perfect, it´s brand new and clearly designed as more luxurious than I thought. I wished I had booked an apartment with ocean view and balcony. I...
