"This is a new property in Kastraki, which is a 15 min walk or 5 euro taxi ride from the town of Kalambaka. Kastraki is a small, quaint village at the foot of the monasteries in Meteora. There is a lovely family run restaurant just at the end of the road, and a bakery across the street. The rooms themselves are well designed, modern and comfortable. For a fee, ask about late check out. It’s very much worth it given the transportation options out of Kalambaka. I’d definitely come back again!"

"Beautiful view from our balcony and communal area round the front of the property. Very clean with great facilities and air con, the wifi was not the best so be prepared. Very steep walk up to the property which is doable if you are quite active, would recommend to have a car or motorcycle otherwise. Close to a bus stop, nice supermarket and town centre. "

"We had a lovely stay at Anthena apartments. Spotlessly clean- well equipped. Close to main area with plenty shops and bars and restaurant’s close by. Rannia and Stavros excellent hosts- such a lovely couple. Would definitely stay again! "

"Well equipped apartments in a beautiful and tranquil setting amongst the trees & overlooking the sea. We had a wonderful week here, it is in a great location close to beaches, restaurants and bus stop etc The apartments and the pool area are kept extremely clean. We were so well looked after by the owners and really didn't want to leave. We will be back !"

"We absolutely loved staying here! It’s a lovely hotel just on the edge of town, giving you incredible views and a lovely short walk into the centre of town. Our room was beautifully furnished and exceeded expectations. All members of staff and the owner were great at arranging transport, making us feel welcome and making sure we had everything that we needed. "The best place to stay on Skiathos! Room was wonderful, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchenette, and lovely balcony with a view of the sea. It was a 30 second walk to a beach with gorgeous turquoise water in addition to a 25 minute walk into town. I can’t say enough great things about the staff who not only were super helpful with the check in and transfer from the port to the hotel, but drove me back to the port for my early ferry when leaving. "A wonderful 10 night stay at Margi House. Bed was very comfortable. Air con was blissful. Cleaned really well daily with fresh towels. Swimming pool was exceptional. Loads of sunbeds & cleaned daily. Andreas at Margi House was exceptional. Ordering taxis and giving us lots of local knowledge The free nespresso coffee was bonus. The beach and restaurants were within 5 to 10mins walk. Supermarkets locally and the marina also. Breakfasts were excellent, wholesome and leisurely. "

"The room we were put in on arrival was very basic and small, the 2 drinking glasses were dirty and dust on the cups, no cutlery, plates available in the room so asked for a bigger room but I had to pay €125 extra."
