Highlights include: free shuttle from the train station (they met us at the train station exit with a sign so it was easy to find), delicious breakfast buffet, concierge to schedule tours (they reserved a half day tour of Taroko for us and it was an amazing tour too), Game Center for the kids, indoor and outdoor pools, huge rooms, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
