"Good Location "

"Howard Beach Resort cannot be deemed a 5 Star resort, it's closer to 3.5 stars in western terms. The decor is outdated throughout the complex and in need of a revamp but overall it's comfortable enough. The games room is good but the table tennis and snooker tables are worn but just about useable. The "Gym" equipment need updating with weights that are rusty and seen better days. The pizzas on offer aren't worth the money you pay they are frozen variety and better off getting the burger...

"Staff are friendly and very responsive. Having laundry options, the gym, a microwave, ice maker, and a lounge area all on the top floor was super convenient. It’s close to good restaurants and a decent shopping area. The only issue you may run into, is the drive home if you’re working in Science Park. You have to leave by 5, if you don’t want to spend 40 mins taking a 11 min trip. "

"All throughout our stay, we’re just impressed! We got there 2hrs earlier from the required check-in time, without even us asking, they said we could go to our room! We had a beautiful view of the park & buildings, & we love our room! Very comfy bed & all. Front desk Elena and Angel helped us tremendously and patiently navigate Taoyuan. "Nice decoration for the house and rooms. Clean rooms though there may be insects outside the house. Little bit inconvenience for the room on the ground floor because the bedroom and bathroom are separated. The ventilation of the bathroom can be improved since there no fan in it. Hostel boss willing to take me from the hostel to train station and from train station to hostel everyday which offset the disadvantage of the distance between the hostel and station.
