"Amazing and huge family room with a surprise room for the kids where their room is built like a little house within the room - it has it's own "cottage" window. Both kids and we loved it. Sauna is only in the afternoons, which is a bit of a shame. Breakfast was great. And receptionists very friendly even late on 31.12. "

The service was excellent, staff and owners are very friendly, flexible, caring and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of cold food and one hot dish that changed daily. "The hotel rooms are in major need of modernisation, extremely dated by modern standards. I think it is the only hotel where there as been a corby trouser press in the room. The room itself was very hot and there was no fan in the room. The pillows were just awful, they just disappeared into nothing when you put your head on them. "

The lobby was spacious and welcoming & the lady on reception was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, a little dated but perfectly clean and tidy. The parking was free, spacious and suitable for our van. The hotel is situated next to a shopping mall. "
