"They said the was a jacuzzi but when you arrive the jacuzzi has been out of service for months, besides the pool is disgusting filled with bird poop and when we asked it to be cleaned he put the dirt back in the pool we almost threw up, the gym looks like a morgue and the hotel looks like a ghost house, there are much better hotels nearby"

"I did not like the insite parking lot. It is very hard to enter into and exit from the parking because it is very tiny. I hit my rented car twice while I was exiting the parking. Parking out side is also hard because of limited spaces. I needed help from the hotel stuff each time I needed to park. "

"I have given 4/5stars ⭐️ as the wellness centre and pool was open between 9am-10pm. I was out early and came back late and so couldn’t use it. It would have been better if it opened early and closed late. "

"The Banana Island Resort has ALL THE POTENTIAL to be a Paradise Island in these parts of the world. Staff service is A1, and always attentive to the guests needs. There is however lots of Areas for Improvement, e.g., Needs many more dining options, Alcohol consumption should be allowed, Construction and Maintenance activities should be better managed when guests, etc."
