Very friendly and helpful staff, - in particular at all the restaurants and the adventure park. The staff at the adventure park were enthusiastic and friendly, and reassuring it was all safe. Without them the experience would have been a bit dull.

Not a very good sea view. Outdoor seating area looked worn and dirty I didn’t want to sit there!
Balls of hair/ dust on stairs leading to room. Was not cleaned at all for the 2 nights we were there. A very disappointing and unpleasant sight, especially for a resort which claims to be 5*

The whole experience at the hotel from start to finish was amazing. From the staff to the hotel amenities, I can’t fault a thing. A special thanks to Abdel who made our breakfast experience amazing. The Banana Island Resort has ALL THE POTENTIAL to be a Paradise Island in these parts of the world. Staff service is A1, and always attentive to the guests needs. There is however lots of Areas for Improvement, e.g., Needs many more dining options, Alcohol consumption should be allowed, Construction and Maintenance activities should be better managed when guests, etc.
