"Perfect location, close to everything "

"Within walking distance to the heart of the city of Palermo. Our room was very spacious although it was in the older section and elevator only went to first floor so had to climb stairs to second floor. Morning breakfast provided was nice. "

"We stayed 2 nights. The room was excellent. The bathroom was large and contemporary. Giuseppe (owner) did a complete renovation in 2004-06. Location was within walking of almost all major attractions. Parking included. Breakfast was great. Giuseppe is a premier owner. When we got disoriented arriving by car, he met us and ushered us in. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation."

"Excellent location in the heart of Palermo's shopping and dining districts, with everything we wanted to see within a couple minutes walk. The staff here were extraordinarily welcoming and proactively offered insights into seeing Palermo. Very spacious suite with comfortable beds and enough space for yoga in the morning. "Okay hotel. The staff was very nice, and we also enjoyed the breakfast very much. They say they have a gym, but they do not; the equipment is very old, and there is one weight machine that barely works. Not even sure why they have it there. The hotel should invest in some nicer equipment. The other issue we had was with the wifi. We had NO wifi connection in our room. We brought it up with the front desk, and they said it should be working, but it wasn't. If you need a gym, I would suggest...

"The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful...

"This place is great except for curb appeal of the building it is in! It looks run down and not appealing first impression. But once you go inside it’s very nice and better than many hotels in the area and entire Italy frankly! Friendly helpful staff, close proximity to temples, good eateries downstairs and FREE parking makes this a great B&B for those driving travelers to the area."
