"We booked a room for 3 adults and the room had 2 double beds and a small couch. The superior rooms should not be offered for 3 adults. We paid more than 2 adults in the same room. We should have been offered a bigger room. I requested a bigger room and was told there were none available. My adult daughter who is 5’10” slept on the couch (not a pull out) made for a child. "I really like going to Sian Ka’an because it is fairly quiet and you can eat dinner at a wide variety of à la carte restaurants each nights. You also have full access to the other three resorts. Had a try relaxing, wonderful time."

"Beautiful stylish property with artwork everywhere. Spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff especially the front desk man who checked us in. Steps to beach and grocery store 5 min walk away. Property needs a bit of a update but for the price excellent value. Beds werent great but we will stay again!"
