We really enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the train station and to many shops/stores in Hakodate."

"Modern, clean property. The staff were very hospitable, attentive and helpful at all times! The amenities in the reception lobby, including a coffee and beverage machine were added pluses. The hotel is a bit difficult to locate because signage to the main entrance from the street level isn’t very clear to taxi drivers. The second level entrance may be less confusing when walking around the area. A small Lawson’s market and Tully’s coffee shop is just around the corner at the second level."
