"50대 부부입니다. 2인실 호스텔이용은 처음이었는데,깨끗하고 침구도 쾌적하고 좋았습니다. 공용화장실과 샤워실도 깨끗하고 편리하게 관리되고 있었고,전체적인 분위기가 아늑하고 좋습니다. 건식사우나도 신청하면 바로 할 수 있게 해주시고,무척 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 도야코에 간다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다."

"This place was great! Our room was really comfy; had our own bathroom; great kitchen and common space for cooking; laundry facilities; onsen; they also have a ping pong table. Would absolutely stay here again, just make sure to bring your food!"

"Hotel was located less than 5 minutes from the orange subway line and 2 stops from Odori. Family Mart and 24 hour supermarket all within walking distance. Amazing rooms albeit a little small (usual for Sapporo). Walls are a little thin so bring eyeplugs!"

"Close to train station. You could go back and forth to public onsen at Noboribetsu in 15 minutes one way. Free light breakfast coffee even have kitchen to cook yourself. Staff are wonderful. Enjoy staying 2 days."

"Wonderful hostel - clean, quiet, fun and unique. Really couldnt ask for anything different. The host was kind, accommodating and communicated well. Only thing is the location is a bit of a walking distance from most points of interest in Sapporo. This would not be an issue if you had a car, but we did not."

"Overall this hostel is quite ok, but it's not recommended if you are going to travel other place frequantly through JR as the train schedule is loose and quite expensive."

"The staff were amazing! Best price in town. We took the shuttle every morning and then walked back after skiing. The breakfast was free and I decided to skip it but the Ramon restaurant at night was really tasty. Our skis were safe and in a warmed locker. Really wonderful overall."

"So many great restaurants near by as well as grocery store ( 2 mins walk). About 5 mins from train station. Very clean and friendly & helpful staff. Bus to hill is right outfront the hostel door"

"Nice, clean hostel with a couple of private rooms. Rooms are basic, but s good value for the price. Of note, the private rooms are on the fifth floor accessible by a steep, narrow staircase - we needed to repack ski bags for our flight the next morning and it was a struggle to get them to our room. Great restaurant on the first floor."

"Nice hostel in Otaru! Owners are friendly and willing to help out any questions you may have. No kerosene heaters required although there was a small one in my room that I used for a nightstand, not sure why it was there because there was also a wall mounted modern Hitachi ac/heater unit that was quiet and worked perfectly. This was my first hostel stay so the only thing I needed was a larger bath towel that was easily purchased a short walk away. Will be back!"

"check in time is 4 p.m. that 's too late , should be 3 p.m. If you come early you have to stand downstair because the elevator will start to work from check in time or have to wait for customer who has the code to open the main door and climb to the third floor which is the lobby room . No locker to keep your luggage . I stay In private room only have one bed no other facilities in the room , not suitable for the price. "
